The serial numbers for LHDC-X are valid for one year and the software is designed exclusively for Windows, providing spatial sound effects.

The LHDC X in Windows system does help you to have better experience about audio through LHDC X Windows Application. It looks like you also download the Android/iOS App as well. The LHDC X Android/iOS App is not doing exact same jobs as Windows App.

The Windows App allows you to:

Register a user account
Activate the product key
Experiencing excellent sound in movie, gaming, and music.
Downloading your personal Special ID for best personalized audio experience.

The Android/iOS App is not working exactly as Windows App. Its major functions include:

Register a user account
Helping you to create your personal Special ID through taking pictures.
(You can download the Special ID later in Windows LHDC X App.)

The Android/iOS App doesn't provide same work as Windows App for your better audio experiences in Android system, it is more like helping you to enjoy the audio in Windows LHDC X Application.

Can the device support other bluetooth codec other than LHDC like aptX, Adaptive, AAC, LDAC ? So we can run it even though if the device does not support LHDC , can it improve sound quality even though my device supports aptX or LDAC ?

Unfortunately, our device does not support LDAC, AAC or aptX.
